Polytronics Technology Corp

Polytronics Technology Corp. is principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of polymeric positive temperature coefficient thermistors (PPTCs) and thermal pads. The Company's PPTCs are used to protect against the overload of electric current and temperature in personal computers (PCs) and communication products, while its thermal pads are used in light emitting diode (LED) lighting and backlighting. During the year ended December 31, 2007, PPTCs for PCs and communication products contributed approximately 85% and 15% of the Company's total revenue, respectively.
